Because we use on-demand printing, refunds can only be issued prior to the item being sent to print. Since all prints are customized we do not accept returns. We do, however, provide replacements for defective merchandise and for certain items that may have been damaged during shipment.
Additionally, other items that might be purchased such as gift cards and downloadable content is also not eligible for refunds.
In the event that you receive a defective item, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, please immediately contact customer support by emailing email@example.com.
When emailing with a report of the defective or damaged item, please include your name, your contact information, your order number, a description of the issue, and attach at least two pictures of the item affected with the defect or damage clearly visible in good lighting. Please make sure that the image is clear and does not have any blurring or fuzziness.
We pride ourselves on creating high-quality products and stand by our design work. If there are any defects in print or materials it is our top priority to resolve the issue and make sure that you get a quality product.
